been a long time since post anything on setups...
so after xperimenting wif a lot of diff setups(oneways, lock F/diff rear, lock R/diff front)...my choice is to run F/R Lock... especially on tight track... tested on PRO4, PRO2 and TL01...
feel free to ask... if u feel like askin...

mayb next time when we go down on thur/fri we do some battle etc juz for the fun of it since there is less traffic... what say u guys??

definitely different kind of driving compare to dual differential because LR wheels runs the same rate instead of different; evidently in cornering. Need extra effort to tackle sharp corners but nevertheless after some time adapting to it, shouldn't be a problem. One particular thing i notice is the chassis roll especially in tight chicane, not easy.... this require finesse setting and probably can be achieved later stage after adapting to the kind of car behaving. Downside is low speed handling, could be compensated by tweaking setup and/or mild punchy motor-battery combo. Definitely not for smooth drifter or beginners. Good points of FR locked are: extremely stable drift, vast options for controls both steering and throttle.

Need to punch more to get it thru apex hor...... juz saw tis part... nothing to do wif the diffs... TL has low turnin radius(due to the ackerman)... u hav to drive accordingly...

yeah man, you do that. I will try the F+ and R GD as you suggested and see what happs on my TT-01. So far my preference setup that i think suits me is the F1W... more of a 'downhill guy' kind i suppose. I know there're weaknesses but... that's a secret we've to keep... hehehe

no prob lar.. at most the internal bevel spoil only mah.. haaaa any way i have 2 sets of spare internal bevel gears set so can use 1 set to try it out.... if dun like then use back the ball diff lor... but then got to change the universal back to dog bones rite.... if not got to buy the axle to the bevel gears for universal shafts rite..... so use shoe goo better or use blue tac??? battle..... cool!!! haaaaa can pit against each other and improve mah!!! like wat GTO likes to do to me!!! pushing me to be better!!! heeeee - have not tried shoe goo... but i believe it will be better... cos after several runs... the blue tack cant hold... - use dog bone... cheaper to replace... but TT01 dog bone is plastic right? if so... i dun noe if it will be able to handle the stress... u can try and let me noe... if want to do battle must start early lei... cos i need to leave at around 10... are u sure GTO pushin u to b better!! i thought he push bcos u r in his way!!!

hmmmmm come to think of it... I WAS IN HIS WAY!!!!! wahahahahaha but dats the way to improve mah... no??? keke we all once a while been in front or at the rear... either position can learn from each other... just try not to bump either way while drifting as close as possible, achieved a lot oredy.
