Wooh time to burn some tyres. yeah lah I know u like the char bors pics...kekekeke Finally found some free time to post some pics here u go ! 27th Sept 2006 - Ivan, Chisiang and myself reached Fukuoka, one of the birth place of many great drifters inclusive of Ken Nomura himself. Bring you almost "near live" coverage from Japan. We reached URAS headquarters in the morning and have a short meeting with Ken Nomura The great Ken Nomura and Ivan having a picture taken Ivan is so happy to be given drift guidance from the Drift master of tiresmoke, Ken Nomura and he is able to drive the Blitz ER34 Skyline that he cannot open his eyes when this picture was taken. Loading up to the tow truck and we prepared to go to the Sekia Hills Drift Circuit. Chi Siang (Left) is busy snapping pictures away. Ivan will going to be trained in the URAS 180SX and Blitz ER34 Skyline. The sensei Ken Nomura and pupil Ivan, preparing to set off to the drift circuit. At Sekia Hills Drift Circuit, the feeling is indescribeable coz we are standing on one of the great drift circuit in Japan where one of the round of D1 Grand Prix Japan is held here. Speed is pretty fast, much faster than any of the circuit for D1 Grand Prix Malaysia. Ivan, fully suited up getting last min guidance from Ken Nomura and understanding the theory for pro drifting and tsuiso techniques. The great Ken Nomura brings Ivan in the Blitz ER34 Skyline around the drift track. Ivan mentioned that it is EXTREMELY scary, any faint hearted will vomit when the Ken Nomura drift at high speed. Hahaha...It's Ivan's turn to drift the ER34 Skyline. The car is well balanced and stable. Will post more when got time. This is Mr Lemon signing off...coz it's evening in Japan and we are going for some happy hour now with Uras people...cheers

Oh yeah after Uras visit, we visit some of our principals in Osaka and in nagoya...you are rite rubbish, our D1 S15 needs to redo the suspension setup again. new things will be added. new gearings, new clutch setup, new brakes, redo the fuel setup, etc. As for the autograph...no worries....Ken Nomura says he will visit Singapore. I will organise a press conference and u guys can queue up to get his signature.... Oh...by the way....today while we are in nagoya...the city famous for drag racing....tuning house like top fuel, etc is situated here ! Today we visited Blitz Nagoya factory and also busy with meeting...didn't take much pictures. Ivan test drive the Blitz new GDB-F Impreza the pig nose version...pretty fast and also suspension is good ! We have a good tour around the factory watching the Blitz manufacturing staff making exhaust, intercooler, turbo, wastegate, blow off valves, etc. I got a chance to test drive the Blitz Supercharged Toyota Vitz(Echo in some countries)....hmmm...very fast for a small car.... only a few pics...tomorrow...I will take more pics...kekeke..... In blitz warehouse...tons of exhaust waiting to ship out ! Exhaust pipes mandrel bending.....power ! Never see such thing in Singapore That's the Blitz supercharged Toyota vitz that I tried. Not bad for 1.3 litres. pretty fast rocket though ! Blitz production machineries, all the cutting, welding, bending machines... The engine bay of the supercharged Blitz Toyota vitz that I tried....honestly supercharged is very nice to drive on the road. Power on demand. no lag unlike turbo and it has selector switch for the supercharger. Nice ! it's late in Nagoya already...this is lemon in Nagoya signing off.... Ciao....

Well, I am back with more pics as per Bryant and Rubbish's request. Today (4th Oct), we went to Suzuka Circuit which F1 is coming to Japan this weekend. We are honored to be able to go to Suzuka F1 Circuit in Nagoya which is the 20th Year anniversary of the F1 in Nagoya and which will also be the last year. Next year, the F1 race will move to Fuji Speedway which is owned by Toyota. Btw Suzuka Circuit is owned by Honda, we saw tons of Honda on the road as there are heaps of Honda factories near Suzuka circuit. A nice view of the pits and main straights of Suzuka circuit from the grand stand. A pic of Ferrari F1 Team crew preparing the pits and the cars. A pic of the Pit Wall Management console. It is so sophisticated mann ! And you know what, all the panels are made of carbon fibre ! Power ! Body panels and parts are always readily available in F1 teams. A pic of the Panasonic Toyota F1 team crews fitting up the cars. Btw the F1 cars are shipped in parts and assembled in the pits before the practice and race. Like lego toys ! kekeke F1 tyres, they are so soft mann ! And the wheels with tyres are so light.....jealous... A pic of the AMG Mercedes CLK DTM Safety car, we spoke to the organisers and they mentioned that in the world, there are only 2 such cars for F1, all the panels are made of carbon fibre, that means the bonnet, fenders, roof, boot, bumpers, etc And it is 630BHP And yes of course, we before we hit to Suzuka Circuit, we stopped by the Nagoya Bay Super Autobacs, goodness, there are huge just like our big shopping malls such as Carefour or Giant ! It is like Toy R Us to us. Well, we got ourselves D1 DVDs only...kekeke This is again Lemon signing off, coz we are going to Tokyo from Nagoya tomorrow (5th Oct). Will post up some scenes of tokyo if got chances. Cheers
