I really quite don't understand your question. First thing, is it you first car?
Second, What problem you have there, please give more details. Uncontrollable means car not moving, moving in opposite direction, losing control in turns or car acts like crazy un-intended? The basic thing when you first start with drifting is control it right. It happens a lots with first time drifters having a hard time to get the car move in intended path. You just get to practice.
Make sure that you followed the instruction manual step by step correctly. Mis-built differential, binding spots, shock preload, and unbalanced suspendion settings could make the car acts unusual.
We can't help if you don't give more detail of what problem you really having.
