kido mention about the installment plans so that more students are able to puchase a kit themselves... i was thinking tat the buyers come up wif about $80-100 first as downpayment and then the remaining sum is to be paid to the treasurer in 4-6 mths time(interest free i hope)...then when the 4 mths is up the treasurer will make a trip to pay sgdrifters. n these buying kit by installment will only be held at the start of very term(each poly term lasts for 4 mths) so tat payment can be collected together rather than bit by bit

erm.wat's the difference between the tt-01 chassis or other chassises as compared to the tamiya RTR cars tat r sold in toy stores?sorry i'm totally new to R/C so i would like more info.thx. For drifting, u will need a 1:10 scale 4WD RC kit. TT01 is one of them. Tamiya also can with RTR TT01 which is call TT01 XB. Is the same as TT01, however the gd thing is the chassis alreally fix for u. Just need to buy batts for yr kit n transmitter n u r ready to play. Of course, u still need to buy PVC tyres to replace the orginal rubber tyres which cum with the package. More details, try reading some of the posts HERE

i still think the best way is for the sch to pay a certain amount for the kit then the members pay the rest... this will b a better way to make use of the budge given...
